OVERVIEW

This meeting brings together key stakeholders to discuss the current state of vehicle registration and titling operations; identify pain points; and collectively examine the requirements for creating interoperability across the ecosystem and charting the course toward a more seamless, secure, and efficient vehicle titling and registration landscape.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

  • To bring together key stakeholders in the Titling and Registration ecosystem – Dealers, lenders, motor vehicle administrations, auctions, and their respective trade associations  
  • To identify pain points, requirements, and path forward to overcome fragmentation and achieve interoperability across legacy systems and business processes 
  • To share the current industry efforts to modernize the titling and registration processes 
  • To address the need to develop standardized communication protocols between stakeholders and ensure  data privacy 
  • To outline the scope and scale of a pilot that would demonstrate interoperability in the vehicle registration and titling ecosystem
