This podcast explores the creation and purpose of MOBI’s Electrical Vehicle Grid Integration (EVGI) working group through the voice of its Chairs, Christian Koebel, Senior Project Engineer, Honda R&D Europe and CK Umachi, Expert Product Manager for Blockchain, Pacific Gas & Electric.

The EVGI working group promotes the adoption of electrical vehicles by creating interoperable systems for governments, utilities and the mobility industry alike. EVs, grid integration and blockchain are rapidly unraveling their potential and technology can assist in managing grid load, calculating carbon offsets while generating carbon credits, and implementing peer to peer services.
