Web3 Ecosystem Roadmap and Global Battery Passport Phase II Planning

MOBI members are meeting on 16 January 2025 to discuss our Web3 Ecosystem Roadmap and plan for Phase II of the Global Battery Passport (GBP) Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The deadline to register for this event was 16 December 2024.

Explore MOBI Standards, the MOBI Battery Initiative, Glossary of Terms, and how MOBI and members are building the Web3 infrastructure for connected ecosystems and IoT commerce.

Location:
Honda Motor Wako Building
8-1 Honcho, Wako, Saitama 351-0114, Japan

Note: The Global Battery Passport is one use case of many on the roadmap to Web3 implementation. The skills learned from this implementation are transferable to other use cases and applications.

On 16 January 2025, Honda will host an exclusive, in-person workshop for MOBI members, accelerating Phase II of the Global Battery Passport (GBP) Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

In Phase I, implementers gained insights into global regulatory requirements and prioritized key new business cases for Web3 implementation of battery data. They also acquired technical skills in credentials management, ownership transfers, and selective data sharing, all essential for secure battery data exchanges.

Building on Phase I, Phase II will dive into focusing on battery data exchange to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements. This event is a pivotal “state of the union” for the Working Group and a strategic planning session, where participants will define Phase II objectives, identify business opportunities, set major milestones, and ensure alignment with global regulatory standards.

NOTE: Space is limited and priority will be given to CE-GBP implementers. Register now and join us in shaping a more connected, circular, and resilient global battery value chain!

Registration for this event is now closed.
